If you're ready to own the entire creative process and showcase a portfolio that proves your ability to turn insights into inspiring content, we want to meet you. You'll collaborate seamlessly with internal and external partners, including creators, video editors, producers and cross-functional teams such as media, data, and product, to manage creatives from concept to execution. This role requires a strong operator and people person who thrives in fast-paced environments and can oversee the entire creative cycle with excellence.
We strongly value creative production experience, and encourage you to showcase a portfolio that highlights your success in areas like UGC campaigns, original creative direction, or other relevant brand work. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage creative projects end-to-end (research, production, and post-production), ensuring smooth workflows and delivering results in fast-paced creative cycles. Own and champion the creative process for each initiative, from brainstorming original concepts to final execution, ensuring each project aligns with Mixtiles' aesthetic and brand voice. Develop new creative concepts and strategies, along with optimizing existing content to maximize impact and reach new audiences.
Conduct in-depth research and analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to develop actionable creative briefs and narratives aligned with business goals. Expertise & skillsProven experience in creating paid social media ads, with a focus on UGC content. Proficiency in storytelling, copywriting, and aesthetics, including creating organized storyboards, scripts, and shot lists. Experience in creative strategy or production roles, with a strong focus on data-driven content creation. Strong research and analytical skills, translating market insights and customer behavior into effective creative briefs. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience managing creative and marketing processes at scale.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional workflows across teams. A strong sense of ownership, independence, and organization in high-volume, dynamic environments. Passion for and familiarity with social media advertising platforms and trends. Experience with video editing tools and design platforms (e. g. , Adobe Suite, Figma). Experienced in video productions. Fluent English speaker (native preferred).
