In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager Human Resources. You Will Make an Impact By: Managing the local legislative Time Tracking activities: e. g.
wet signatures on TT reports and other requirements related to this activity;Tracking the employees request for addendums, employer documents that need to be filled by the ICP;Onboarding trainings on local legislative and company’s requirements e. g. :
ITAR, organizing H&S, Health Insurance;Following and wet signing on meal/ gift voucher in/ out;Monitoring and keeping track of Health Insurance in/ out;Support in local legislative requirements for labor law code (Employment Agreements, Addendums, Contract updates – all need to have physical print and wet signature in 2 copies);Support and follow up in Operations for Skills Matrix training booking;Collecting and send physical documents with wet signature for FNUASS (Local Health Insurance House) in term of Medical Leaves certifications. Manage termination (resignation); sign out documentation in physical form f2f with ee.
Manage retirement documentation in physical form f2f with ee. Manage documentation related to ee dependents (children, spouse etc) – request by law. Oversee the Overtime hours in WD vs Overtime approved by General Manager by email and ensure we are not exceeding local legislation limits. Skills You Bring: Relevant Human Resources diploma/ studies. Local legislation knowledge. Accuracy in data. Very good communication skills both in English and Romanian.
