MKT Settlement Specialist

Role: Marketing Settlement Specialist Location: Bucharest, RomaniaResponsibilities:Submit MKT campaigns in company’s system, ensuring all information in the system is accurate and check the compliance of the approval process of MKT campaigns.Track the status of MKT campaigns.Collect acceptance materials from supplier and check the materials as per the regulations and guidelines to ensure the acceptance materials meet the requirement of contracts and acceptance criteria.Identify and detect the problems in acceptance documents review process and track the problem ledger.Follow up the invoicing progress of supplier until the invoice is uploaded in company’s system for payment.Be able to communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues within the work scope and escalate if necessary.Record all problems encountered in daily work and send monthly report.Position requirementsEducation backgroundBachelor’s degree – marketing or finance related major is a plusWork ExperiencePreferably + 1 year financial/marketing related experiencePreferably at least 3 years working experience regardless of the domainLanguageProficiency in English, other language skill is a plusKey SkillsetFollow the Marketing Process and Monthly Clearance Process to finish all the tasks on time.
