MLOps engineer - GenAI and LLM (f/m/div)

Are you in?As an MLOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying NLP models and solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.In your new role you will:Work as a technical expert for Generative AI / LLM Solutions. Specialise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbots, and Agentic Systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in these fields and integrate this knowledge into our workflowTransform prototypes into production solutions with best practices for both development and deployment. This will require a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problemsSupport the operation of the solutions, involves troubleshooting and bug fixing, as well as implementing change requests to ensure that the solutions continue to meet user requirementsYou are a motivated and experienced NLP and AI professional with a strong passion for working on cutting-edge technology. You have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to think critically and solve complex problems. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in a global team.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalentA good understanding and experience in NLP/AIML, and MLOps, ideally focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs)Hands-on experience in the field of LLMs / Generative AI, Chatbots, RAG, or AI Agents.
