Financial Operations Analyst

The Financial Operations Analyst plays a critical role in managing and optimizing financial processes, with a focus on accounts payable, expense analysis, and financial reporting. This position ensures efficient payment processing, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls while also analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance workflow efficiencies.

Your RoleYou will process the full cycle of accounts payableYou will resolve “3-way match” disagreements on a weekly basisYou will participate in share service initiativesYou will manage tie financial deadlinesYou will develop automated accounting or financial excel applicationsYou will assist in preparing journal entries You will do monthly closing and balance sheet reconciliationYou will assist performing budget and cost analysisYou will prepare financial performance analysis reportsYou are a team playerYou have a growth mindset. Your ProfileYou have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration. You are bilingual.

You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as account payable and finance, accounting experience. You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing ERP systems. You have intermediate level Excel skills (i. e. VLOOKUP; IF statements, etc. ) You have month-end close experience.
