Sealer/Packer 2nd Shift

Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Sealer-Packer for our Folding and Gluing Department. We are seeking for a dynamic and responsible person who will perform sealing and packing activities for folding carton products (boxes, sleeves, packaging) at the end of the production process, ensuring that products meet MM Packaging’s standards for quality, quantity, and presentation. Your RoleYou will operate manual or automatic sealing equipment (e. g. , hot melt, cold glue, or tape sealers).

You will ensure that products are properly formed, glued, and sealed according to customer specifications. You will pack finished products into cartons or secondary packaging, following the defined packing pattern (e. g. , quantity per box, layering style, etc. ). You will label boxes and packed units with required information (code, lot number, job/order number, etc. ). You are committed to teamwork and collaboration. You have already gained a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in production or packing in the packaging, printing, or light manufacturing industry.
