Your mission: We are looking for a Head of Operations who brings together strong leadership, hands-on operational expertise, and a deep focus on customer experience. The ideal candidate has a proven background in system gastronomy and food service operations, coupled with solid business acumen and a passion for scaling high-performing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our growing multi-unit restaurant business, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and scalability as we expand.

You’ll lead and develop our teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvements across all stores. This role is about leading from the front, making smart decisions based on data, and constantly testing and implementing new ideas that benefit both the business and our customers, even when the systems are still evolving. Your Responsibilities: ●       Store Operations & Performance:   Oversee day-to-day operations of 20+ restaurant outlets with a focus on maximizing operational efficiency and ensuring consistency across all locations.

  Build systems that can be rolled out to 100+ locations AND that feel personal and seamless for customer  Own and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), i. e. revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and cost management.   Build dashboards, prepare and present detailed performance reports using data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel) and act on the insights. ●       Leadership & Team Development:   Lead, inspire, and develop a large team of operations managers and store-level leaders (100+ team members)  Improve existing training programs to enhance team skills & productivity, ensuring a positive team culture and employee engagement.

  Drive recruitment processes for key roles, including hiring and mentoring new managers to ensure the growth and retention of top talent.   Drive the culture of accountability, ownership, and customer delight●       Revenue Growth & Customer Satisfaction:   Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through optimizing store operations and improving customer experience.   Identify improvement levers,collaborate with Marketing and cross-functionally to drive volume.   Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify initiatives that increase efficiency, drive repeat purchases, or boost unit economic●       Product Development & Quality Control:

  Collaborate with the new product development team, support them with customer preferences and market trends to ensure an attractive menu.   Ensure all outlets meet the highest standards of food quality and safety, adhering to HACCP and other relevant food safety regulations   Manage consistency of quality across locations both in own and Franchised stores.   Oversee recipe development and menu management to ensure consistency and quality across locations. Your Responsibilities: ●       Hands-on, high-energy, and not afraid to get into the details while thinking ahead ●       6+ years of experience in multi-unit food operations (ideally system gastronomy or hospitality groups)●       Proven track record in gastronomy:
