The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment or human resources, with a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle—from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This individual will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying exceptional talent and ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and professional candidate experience.

Objectives of this RolePartner with hiring managers and department leads to understand team goals, role requirements, and staffing needsManage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across all levels, from junior staff to leadershipDevelop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategiesEnsure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choicePromote diversity, equity, and inclusion through fair and unbiased hiring practicesKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HR and department heads to draft and update accurate, compelling job descriptionsPost job openings across various platforms:

company website, job boards, social media, and employee referral programsScreen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring smooth communication and schedulingTrack candidate progress and hiring metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Negotiate offers in line with company policies and compensation structurePartner with HR to manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hiresMaintain relationships with passive candidates and former applicants for future opportunitiesCoach hiring teams on structured interviewing and inclusive hiring techniquesDrive internal mobility by encouraging current employees to explore new opportunities within the companyStay updated on recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging tools to enhance hiring efficiencyRequired Skills and QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resourcesStrong track record of successfully managing the full-cycle recruitment process in dynamic, high-growth environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsIn-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methodsProficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.

g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search)Outstanding time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple roles simultaneouslyDeep understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and fair hiring guidelines
