Mobile App Developer (IOS/Android)

Location: Lagos and AbujaResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain world-class IOS/Android applications in collaboration withproduct managers, engineers, and product designers.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and documentation.Implement unit and automated tests, security and best practice, and APIintegration in the applications.Translate the UI/UX to the IOS/Android application;Build libraries and frameworks to support large and complex applicationsUse JIRA to indicate updates to user stories or tasks that you have been assigned;Any other ancillary services as requested by Youcheck.RequirementsBachelor's or Masters's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldOver 3 years of experience developing IOS applications using Swift, Cocoa Touch, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, or PythonDeep knowledge of (React Native, Flutter, Dart etc. e.g., Android, iOS, etc.)Proficiency with writing automated tests in {JUnit, Espresso, Mocha, Jest, Enzyme, XCTest, etc. depending on the libraries you use to test}Proficient with Kotlin, Java, and Android SDKExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etcExperience with RxJava2, Retrofit2 OkHttp3, Concurrency conceptProficient understanding of design patterns such as MVP, MVVM patternStrong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practicesFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.Understanding of security algorithm such as SHA1, SHA256, encryption, and decryptionExperience with developing SDK and OAuth concepts is a big plusKnowledge of analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, and Crashlytics.Familiar with the CICD process, Jenkins, and FastlaneAbility to work as part of a Scrum team and understand Agile methodologies.Ability to write a testable applicationMethod of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV including a link portfolio to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the title as the subject of the mail.
