Mobile App Engineer – React Native / Expo Ecosystem

We’re seeking a Mid-Level React Native Developer with solid hands-on experience in the Expo ecosystem to help us build high-quality, cross-platform mobile apps. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver smooth, performant, and visually appealing experiences. Familiarity with Flutter is a plus, as we appreciate developers who embrace flexibility and learning across frameworks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with TypeScript.Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to build modern, responsive, and scalable features.Implement intuitive navigation and user interfaces using Expo Router or React Navigation.Manage state effectively with tools such as Zustand, Redux, or React Query.Work with EAS (Expo Application Services) to handle builds, testing, and deployment for iOS and Android.Optimize app performance, debug issues, and participate in regular code reviews.Requirements1–3 years of professional experience building mobile apps with React Native and Expo.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, or other backend integrations.Familiarity with NativeWind, Tailwind CSS, or similar styling tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Bonus: Experience with Flutter or interest in learning it.Nice to HaveExperience with animations (Reanimated, Lottie).Knowledge of monorepo setups (Turborepo, Nx).Familiarity with Next.js or cross-platform design systems.What We OfferRemote-friendly work culture and flexible schedule.Modern tech stack centered around the Expo ecosystem.Opportunities to grow your skills across mobile and web platforms.Competitive salary based on experience.Supportive and creative environment where your ideas matter.
