Mobile Key Account ManagerJob SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key clients across mobile distribution, retail, and network channels. This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing account performance, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and collaborative execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunitiesAnalyse sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends and improve profitabilityDevelop tailored proposals and strategic plans for key clientsCollaborate with product development teams to align offerings with client needsStrengthen client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolutionNegotiate favourable contract terms to drive revenue and long-term partnershipsMonitor market trends to identify opportunities for product expansionResolve account issues before escalation to maintain client satisfactionPromote brand visibility and loyalty through community engagement and client advocacyHandle key client portfolios such as infinity data, 3gmobile, evercomm, atlas furniture etc RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in mobile or telecom sectorsProven track record of managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growthKnowledge of mobile distribution channels and telecom network operationsReporting to: Head of Mobile DepartmentLocation: Bedfordview, JHB
