This position does not involve managing a team but requires an individual who operates independently and collaborates effectively with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets and promote mobile phone products successfully.The Sales Officer / Promoter will engage directly with customers to provide comprehensive information about available mobile phone products and related financial options, such as credit or loan services. This role demands an energetic and proactive individual capable of understanding customer needs, presenting product benefits clearly, and encouraging sales growth in a competitive market. Working with Palmpay Pvt Ltd, the professional will contribute to expanding the company’s presence in the mobile phone industry by ensuring a positive customer experience and building long-lasting relationships with onboarded shops and customers alike.Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers by generating leads and following up on inquiries related to mobile phone products like Infinix, Itel and Techno Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions and explain the features and benefits of different mobile phone models. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, addressing customer questions, and resolving issues promptly. Onboard new shops into the company’s mobile phone sales network by promoting the benefits of collaboration with Palmpay Pvt Ltd and supporting the setup process. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure promotional activities and loan/credit options are effectively communicated to customers. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting mobile phone products and associated financial services such as credit or loan offerings. Stay updated on mobile phone market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices related to mobile phone sales and customer data protection. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers or shop representatives to enhance product understanding and increase sales potential.
