Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.We are looking for a “ Mobile Technology Director ” for our growing organization in İstanbul and needed qualifications are below.Deep expertise in Unity and/or Unreal EngineStrong knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystemsUnderstanding of C#, C++, Swift, Kotlin, JavaExperience with Metal, Vulkan, OpenGL ESProduction experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or AzureMicroservices architecture and RESTful APIs experienceExperience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databasesDocker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline experienceExperience scalable services to millions of concurrent usersKnowledge of GDPR, COPPA, CCPA compliance and anti-cheat systemsExperience with Firebase, GameAnalytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyerProficiency with Crashlytics, New Relic, Datadog, or similar monitoring toolsExperience with A/B testing and experimentation platformsSQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)Deep understanding of DAU, retention, ARPDAU, LTV, conversion metricsExperience with ad networks and SDKs (AdMob, ironSource, Unity Ads, AppLovin MAX)Knowledge of IAP systems (StoreKit, Google Play Billing)Ad mediation and waterfall optimization experienceExperience with LiveOps systems (events, seasonal content, economy balancing)Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodology experience at enterprise scaleExperience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management toolsMulti-year product and technology roadmap planning experience
