What is Intern Talent & Culture – MMBL?This role provides support in key functions related to talent management, employee engagement, employer branding, and organizational culture. As an intern, you will assist the Talent & Culture team in designing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development. The internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand HR practices within a dynamic organization and contribute to projects that impact employee experience and organizational growth. You will report to the Talent & Culture team and collaborate across departments to gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives.

What Intern Talent & Culture – MMBL does?Support the Talent & Culture team in day-to-day operations and projects. Help in designing and implementation of employee engagement activities. Provide support in maintaining and updating data, making presentations, and making designs on canva as needed. Assist in the execution of performance management cycle by coordinating timelines, communication, and data collection. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal communication campaigns. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Intern Talent & Culture – MMBL?Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Interest and enthusiasm in HR, talent management, and organizational culture. Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong designing (Canva) and MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong in research, problem-solving and exploring innovative ideas.
