The company emphasizes tenant-first representation, repeat client relationships, and practical, money-saving lease consulting.Why does this role exist?We’re hiring a Monday.com Specialist to build, maintain, and continuously improve our Monday.com workspaces so the team can run projects and client engagements more efficiently. This role exists to ensure the platform is organized, reliable, and tailored to our workflows, and to upskill internal stakeholders through hands-on training so Monday.com becomes a core operational tool.The Impact you’ll makePlatform setup & workspace administrationDesign, configure, and maintain boards, automations, dashboards, and integrations in Monday.com.Organize projects, workflows, and naming/permission conventions for consistency across teams.Perform routine updates, housekeeping, and version control to keep workspaces efficient.Training & enablementProvide direct, step-by-step training sessions for the client team on all Monday.com features and best practices.Create training materials (guides, checklists, recordings) and run onboarding for new users.Answer user questions and provide follow-up support to reinforce learning.Support & troubleshootingAct as the primary point of contact for all Monday.com-related needs and user issues.Diagnose and resolve platform issues, handle user management (access, roles, permissions).Implement fixes, manage updates, and coordinate with platform support when necessary.Optimization & continuous improvementProactively review usage, recommend improvements, and introduce new features or automations to maximize platform value.Monitor workspace performance and suggest changes to increase team productivity.Pilot and document process improvements and measure adoption.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:3–4 years of extensive, hands-on experience using Monday.com (admin-level experience required).Proven experience setting up, organizing, and maintaining complex Monday.com workspaces.Experience providing live, step-by-step training and creating user documentation for Monday.com.Strong troubleshooting and user management experience (permissions, roles, onboarding/offboarding).Fluent English communication skills and experience acting as a primary platform point of contact for clients.WFH Set-Up:Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.Internet speed of at least 40MBPSHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcamBack-up computer and internet connectionQuiet, dedicated workspace at homeYour Superpowers:TechnicalDeep knowledge of Monday.com features: boards, dashboards, automations, integrations, views, and reporting.Experience with user/permission management, workspace administration, and basic integration setup.Ability to create clear training materials (written and video/screencast).Soft skillsClear, patient communicator and hands-on trainer.Proactive problem-solver and continuous improver mindset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Client-facing professionalism and dependable follow-through.What to expect...Work Setup:Remote positionMust have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspaceRequired to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating systemWorking Hours:40 hours per week9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific TimeCompensation:$5 per hourNo benefits package includedBenefits
