Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is looking for Modern Trade Specialist (Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager)Job Context:Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our team as a Modern Trade Specialist. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence in modern trade channels by ensuring product placement, building strong partnerships, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain regular contact with modern trade outlets (super shops, retail chains platforms, etc.) for product placement and visibility.Onboard new modern trade partners and ensure smooth business operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth.Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities, and commercial terms with modern trade partners.Review products' visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure uninterrupted product availability.To assist in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.Track sales performance and provide reports/insights to management.Ensure timely delivery of products in collaboration with distribution and logistics teams.Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka (with frequent visits to modern trade outlets).Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in MarketingBachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Supply Chain ManagementMinimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Supply Chain or related field (Master's preferred).Experience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care,Healthcare/Lifestyle productAdditional RequirementsThe applicants having experience in Direct Sales will get preference.Be able to work with persons of different cultural background.2-5 years of experience in modern trade / key account management (preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or pharmaceuticals/cosmetics industry).Able to work independently.Good communication and presentation skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.Need to be frequent visit outside of the office.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales & distribution targets.
