We’re not just launching an app—we’re building a national service that improves lives, creates jobs, and transforms how Libya moves. Our tech is ready. Our team is ready. Now we need a rock-solid operations leader to bring everything together on the ground. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Design and implement daily operations systems (drivers, delivery, support, complaints). Build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are scalable and efficient. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights from data. Coordinate closely with tech, marketing, and support teams to deliver a smooth user experience.

Recruit, train, and lead field and customer support teams. Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively improve processes. ✅ Who We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in operations or service management (ideally in a tech, logistics, or transportation environment). A strategic doer: someone who can build systems and also get their hands dirty. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills. Proficient in tools like Excel, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms. Familiarity with the Libyan market or strong ability to learn and adapt to local conditions. 🎯 What We Offer:
