Help develop and roll out promotional materials and visibility tools (POS, displays)Coordinate trade marketing campaigns in both On-Trade and Off-Trade channelsTrack and manage activation calendars and support with logistics Collaborate with Sales and MarketingLiaise with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor trade tools accordinglyManage POSM and distribution in alignment with local opportunitiesCollaborate with Sales and Brand Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Help localise global toolkits and adapt them to the Belgian market3. Budget & Reporting SupportAssist in budget tracking and follow upMonitor the performance of trade actions and prepare simple performance reportsHelp maintain supplier and agency coordination for production and logisticsProfessional experience & know how: A business or marketing degree (Master’s level preferred)Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint: data management, presentation creation, and analytical reporting. Highly organized and detail-oriented: able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Some previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketingFluent in English – Dutch and/or French is a strong plusStrong organisation skills and attention to detailA team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on mindsetCurious, proactive and passionate about premium brandsA driver’s licenses is required for this position.
