Location: Germany (Any City) – Remote + Travel across Europe Industry: Chemicals / Fertilizers / Polymers / Rubber / Plastics Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor Salary: €90,000 – €102,000 (Annually) Status: Actively Hiring Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days PreferredRole PurposeThe Divisional Head – Technical Sales will drive business development and technical services across European markets for carbon black products. The role combines strategic sales leadership with deep technical understanding, ensuring customer satisfaction, solution fit, and market penetration in segments like rubber, polymer, and plastics.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical visits to customers to understand their requirements and challenges. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and tech teams for product design and performance testing. Drive new business development by identifying and targeting strategic accounts. Support the launch of new products with the sales & marketing team. Deliver technical training to customers, internal teams, and distributors. Ensure first-time right solutions by leveraging technical and application knowledge. Conduct onsite trials, quality checks, and troubleshooting as needed. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a strong focus on corporate clients. Stay updated with market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends. .

Must-Have QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. At least 5–6 years of experience working with large corporate customers. Strong exposure to technical sales in the Carbon Black industry or its distribution network. Solid understanding of rubber blacks and their application in tyre, rubber, and plastics manufacturing. Master’s Degree (preferably in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or relevant Engineering domain). Proficiency in German and English is mandatory. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe. Ability to work independently (IC Role) and remotely. Nice To HaveExperience working with Rubber or Tyre companies or chemical suppliers to those industries.

Strong network across European markets within the rubber, plastic, or polymer sector. Prior experience in launching value-added chemical products to industrial clients.
