Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate - Strategy and Planning to join our growing team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing organizational progress, providing Senior Management with clear insights on delivery and results. Your expertise will help us optimize resource efficiency, reduce delivery times, and drive business improvements across multiple functions. What You'll Do: 1. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development, management, and coordination of Quarterly and Annual Business Planning. Collaborate with senior leaders to align departmental and organizational goals. 2. Monitoring & Reporting:

Work closely with Heads of Departments on a regular basis to ensure the seamless execution of projects, milestones, and activities. Ensure that departmental objectives and delivery plans are met, while optimizing scheduling and resource allocation. Monitor day-to-day operations and report on the progress of business-as-usual activities. 3. Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Conduct data-driven analysis to uncover actionable insights and recommend strategies for operational efficiency and performance enhancement. 4. Documentation & Process Improvement:

Develop detailed process timelines for each department, ensuring clear and consistent workflows. Maintain a comprehensive repository of departmental delivery processes, SLAs, and operational guidelines. Prepare and present management, departmental, and project reports with actionable insights. 5. Issue Resolution & Coordination: Identify, track, and resolve inter- and intra-departmental issues to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate coordination across stakeholders to address dependencies and streamline project implementation. Who We're Looking For: Proven Experience: A background in program management, PMO, or a similar role in a large-scale organization. Organizational Expertise: Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and resolve challenges effectively. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. Analytical Ability: Experience in analyzing both structured and unstructured data to derive insights and inform decisions. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing and working with senior stakeholders. Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with the fundamentals of Interior Design, Fit-out/Construction, or Support Functions is a plus.
