Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the outsourcing execution of engineering projects and team management; Ensuring that outsourcing operations are implemented according to strategy and plan. 2. Responsible for Pre-qualification of Congo country, and building a national outsourcing resource database. 3. Responsible for organizing outsourcing performance evaluations, managing outsourcing issues, proposing improvement measures, and organizing their implementation. 4. Responsible for daily communication, issue management, and relationship maintenance with subcontractors. Job Requirements1. Can speak English and French as a working language. Ability to travel to different countries;2.
Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, management, business, computer science, or other related fields, with experience in communications engineering . 3. Excellent communication, coordination, planning, organization, and management skills，and Have the above 5 year’s experience in related fields. 4.
