Job Description

Your JobProduct ManagerOur TeamWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our product team to enhance the capability of MSBU Automotive product management as long-term growth. In this role, you will work closely with other product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to help bring products to the market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in the automotive field, product management to grow their skills and contribute to the success of our products. What You Will Do Collaborate with product managers to support product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Assist in gathering and analyzing market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Support the development and maintenance of product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user stories. Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and marketing. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5 years + of experience in product management, automotive manufacturer (OEM/Tier 1) as engineering or program, product management or a related role (Preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Passion for product management role, technology and innovation. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Able to use English as our global standard language. Proficient in business Japanese for daily internal communications. Positive and logical thinking way and strong business leadership. Communicate with different teams, sharing the vision/purpose/activities to have the same objectives.

Flexible to understand/accept the difference in business culture by segment. Strong passion and intelligence drive profitable growth.
