Role PurposeAttract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and to provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share and contribute to the overall business objectives and its longterm viability.

RequirementsGrade 12 with 25 IGCSE points or; (STRONG REQUIREMENT) and; A valid NAMFISA registration/licence number (Added advantage) A tertiary qualification in the Marketing field will serve as a strong advantage Excellent command of written and spoken English Candidate must have a clean credit record Candidate must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence& own vehicle Prior experience in client service or sales, especially in the financial & insurance services field is very important.

Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service – Market different MMI Holdings policy products and attend to client’ enquiries by provide accurate product information Team work – Working as part of a team to ensure on time delivery and meet deadlines Problem solving – Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaints Perform clerical and general office administrative duties in accordance to sales standards Attend to position related ad-hoc tasks that may arise Adhering to the minimum standard of production as prescribed in the company memorandum of agreemenCompetencies Sales ability / Persuasiveness Building customer loyalty Planning and organizational skills Innovation Portray a good self-image Computer literacyEnquiriesmorris.
