RequirementsMatric/Grade 12A Degree in Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent qualificationRelevant, industry specific qualifications (NAMFISA Licence)COP qualification will be an added advantage. Police certificate of conduct (code of conduct) not older than a year. An understanding of the Namibian Insurance IndustryDuties & ResponsibilitiesSource, develop and grow your own individual, client base through networking, prospecting & referrals. Meet clients in person to provide insurance advice. Manage and strengthen internal and external relationships. Provide on-going advice to existing clients to promote and assist retention.
