We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition Specialist in sourcing top candidates, maintaining our talent pool, ensuring roles are closed on time, and assisting with business development tasks. What You’ll Do Source and manage candidates across multiple platforms & ATS. Organize and maintain the talent pool for fast access to qualified candidates. Support interview scheduling, and candidate communication Assist with business development research, outreach, and follow-ups.
Provide day-to-day administrative and HR support. RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment. Hands-on experience with ATS systems & talent pooling. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience in VA/remote support or business development is a plus.
