About The RoleIn this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the welfare of underage international students by ensuring that guardianship and accommodation arrangements are accurately processed and recorded in compliance with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students and relevant government legislation. In this role, your expertise will be at the forefront as you:
Respond to queries from parents, students, and international agentsProvide administrative support to the Under 18 Guardianship team by reviewing applications and following up with agents to ensure all documentation is completeIssue guardianship service invoices and monitor paymentsMaintain accurate soft and hard copy filing of student recordsMonitor studentsâ arrival arrangements and liaise with airport pick-up and accommodation providersAssist with data entry across various databases, templates, documents, and spreadsheetsAbout YouWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service experience, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
