Position Overview: The Senior Buying Merchandiser is responsible for leading the seasonal merchandise strategy and execution for assigned product lines. This role owns the end-to-end buying process from OTB planning and assortment selection to in-season performance analysis and product lifecycle management.

The position also plays a key role in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Retail teams to support product visibility and sell-through, while driving front-line product knowledge through training and communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. OTB and BUYINGOTB planning by categories of responsible line based on category performanceResponsible for seasonal buying of the line in charge, planning for store level selection and sizing based on the OTB guidelineStrategically analyzed trend by synthesizing HQ brand direction with local market dynamics to develop effectively for the responsible line 2.

REPORTINGUpdate regular sales analysis (weekly, monthly)Preparation for all sales relevant reports and product request/trend report to HQOther necessary reporting due to fit the occasion 3. MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENTResponsible for Launch to end sales and stock management of merchandise of line in charge for the seasonEnhanced seasonal sales of the responsible line by providing strategic support to store and retail initiativesEngaged in close cross-functional collaboration with Marketing/PR team to drive promotions of seasonal strategic initiatives and highlight focus products 4.

TRAININGIn charge of New Seasonal product and any product-related training to front-line staffProvide Seasonal Style book to the stores for all the product informationQualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of Merchandising experience, luxury retail preferred in RTWPossesses strategic agilityAbility to react quickly to changing demands of businessExcellent organizational skills and drive for resultsAdvanced Excel and PPT skills preferredStrong ability to sense market trends and understand the local marketStrong communication skills across stores and cross-functional teams as well as HQAbility for frequent travelFluent English; knowledge of another foreign language is preferredReporting Line:
