Job description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Monday.com Administrator to manage and optimise our project workflows, automations, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will leverage Monday.com to improve team efficiency, project visibility, and executive reporting. This role combines strong technical skills with an analytical mindset to deliver clear insights and seamless operations across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMonday.com Platform ManagementDesign, set up, and maintain boards, workflows, automations, and integrations to support day-to-day operations and long-term projects.Develop and manage dashboards for various teams and departments to track KPIs, workloads, and progress.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all boards and workspaces.Provide training, onboarding, and support to staff on best practices for using Monday.com efficiently.Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels to maintain data security and platform integrity.Automation & Workflow OptimisationBuild automations within Monday.com to reduce manual work, ensure accountability, and increase team productivity.Create cross-board and cross-departmental automations for seamless workflow transitions between teams (e.g., marketing → operations → reporting).Continuously review and improve existing workflows to align with business needs and organisational growth.Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key Monday.com processes.Reporting & AnalyticsCreate and manage reporting dashboards for both project teams and senior leadership.Develop board-level reports that provide visibility into project performance, completion rates, and team utilisation.Use Monday.com’s dashboards, widgets, and integrations (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets) to generate custom analytics and summaries.Present insights and performance metrics to board members and senior management, highlighting key risks, trends, and opportunities.Ensure reports are updated and distributed on a weekly and monthly cadence, aligned with business goals.Project & Task ManagementSupport project managers by setting up structured boards, timelines, and automations to ensure project visibility and accountability.Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring that key deliverables are completed on time.Coordinate between teams and escalate delays or bottlenecks proactively.Manage resource allocation within Monday.com to balance workloads and optimise productivity.Communication & CollaborationAct as the primary point of contact for all Monday.com-related queries, troubleshooting, and technical support.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by standardising project tracking and reporting across departments.Assist leadership with strategic planning by providing accurate, real-time insights from Monday.com.QualificationsProven experience as a Monday.com Administrator or in a similar administrative or project management role.Hands-on experience building automations, dashboards, and reports in Monday.com.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace, and familiarity with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Excel analytics).Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes clearly.Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing business needs.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating Monday.com with other tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Drive).Familiarity with project management methodologiesExperience in generating executive-level and board-level reports.Certification in Monday.com or experience with other PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
