Our People Business Partner is accountable and responsible for driving the people/HR agenda in the region. You will be guiding local teams and providing sound advice and guidance to solve daily HR-related matters. Our People Business Partner will be responsible for championing our global and local processes, ensuring any local HR topics are managed in a timely and professional manner.
Managing the full employee life cycle and delivering across all areas of HR, enabling local management to build a high-performance cultureOversee the HR operations for regionAssisting when needed, local recruitment as well as onboarding to attract and retain top talentOversee payroll to assure an accurate payroll process before sending for final approvalDriving performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high-performance culture in conjunction with group initiativesDriving organisational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staffContinuously partnering with the business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the people's needs and meet competitive goals and expectationsLeading the development and implementation of objectives and initiatives, to offer best in class HR Service delivery that is aligned with Group strategyEffectively partnering with line manager, Country Manager and other Group stakeholders to design, refine and implement innovative people strategies/solutionsEnsuring compliance with labour laws and other regulations and managing sensitive/highly confidential information with the utmost discretionActing as ambassador for our organisation's values; leading the culture and organisational transformation - applying effective change management strategies where requiredSelf-lead learning, keeping abreast of international best practice at all times and ensuring consistency to group policy, wherever local labour law doesn't supersedeContinuously seek to identify insights, and other factors may impact the business, identify solutions and improve/automate current practices to ensure continual improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
