Be the first contact point for sellers/partners to solve issues and provide supportActively seeking to optimize processes and enhance efficiency to support business development activitiesTake ownership of the timely and accurate implementation of digital product promotions and growth campaigns, ensuring all backend setups and media placements align with strategic business development goalsBusiness analysis and planningAnalyze shop performance and give insightful recommendations to sellers / partnersInitiate, propose, and validate new business ideas and features and work with related team to executePrepare reports and occasionally present the updates to the managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fieldsExperience in campaign execution, startup environments, digital products, or e-commerce is preferredDetail-oriented individual with strong project management and problem-solving skills, demonstrating urgency and follow-throughAbility to thrive in ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal skills and able to work across teamsStrong logical thinking, always curious with problem-solving mindsetComfortable with numbers and able to understand and analyze sales reportProficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google SlidesStrong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
