This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on sales expert who can build and scale a revenue engine across international markets, with a focus on high-value enterprise clients in the ad-tech space. What You’ll DoOwn & Lead the Sales Function: Drive the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution—from lead generation to contract closeSet the Sales Vision: Define and execute MonetizeMore’s go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Executive TeamDrive Strategic Revenue:

Target and close deals with Publishers, have existing relationships and broad based understanding around the needs of DSPs, SSPs, GCPPs, MCMs, exchanges to drive partner led sales for Traffic Cop across APACBuild & Scale the Sales Team: Hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales talent, building a metrics-driven sales orgAct as a Player-Coach: Stay hands-on in high-stakes sales conversations and negotiations while coaching others to successPresent & Educate: Deliver compelling product pitches and demos tailored to client challenges and verticalsRefine the Value Proposition: Work with Marketing and Product to sharpen our messaging and positioning in a competitive marketOptimize Pipeline & Forecasting:

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit aggressive growth targetsEstablish Strategic Partnerships: Identify and onboard channel partners to amplify our reach and strengthen joint go-to-market effortsInform Product & GTM Strategy: Relay market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap and growth initiativesSell with AI in Mind: Understand and articulate how our AI-powered solution, Traffic Cop, solves complex fraud and IVT issues in digital advertising—positioning its technological edge as a major differentiator in the marketWho You AreProven Sales Leader:

7–10 years of experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership roleAI Fluent: You understand the fundamentals of AI and machine learning as they apply to digital advertising, fraud detection, or cybersecurity. You’re able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for enterprise clientsAd-Tech Fluent: Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem—including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and exchangesStrategic & Analytical: You use data to inform decisions and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quoExceptional Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholdersGlobal Operator:
