Senior Manager Operations - Logistics

Manage and oversee key operational functions, including logistics, document control, and hubs management, with a focus on secure and compliant KYC processes. The Senior Manager, Operations will ensure the effective execution and alignment of these functions with organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.

Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Document Management, KYC Processes, Hub Operations, and Field Logistics through a team of direct-report managersSupport user conversion and reduce fallout by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of KYC and onboarding documents Oversee the performance, compliance, and security of document management and field operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, service quality, and operational reliabilityMonitor and manage KPIs/OKRs across all functions, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiencyLead people development efforts, coaching functional managers and supporting succession planningAct as the primary liaison between operations and other teams to translate business needs into execution plans Establish and enforce business continuity protocols and operational risk mitigation strategiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)Mandatory experience in operations or field logistics (preferably in fintech, or financial l services)Proven experience in managing managers or function heads and overseeing multiple parallel operational streamsExperience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
