What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or similarHands-on experience in hiring processes, performance management, organizational development, reporting and compensation/budget managementStrong analytical and reporting skills—you’re comfortable working with data to inform decisionsFluent in both written and spoken EnglishExperience with SAP is a big plusProficient in MS Office tools and reportingA team player who brings curiosity, accountability, and a passion for creating impactWhat You’ll DoDrive all T&C processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, compensation management, engagement survey etc.

)Support organizational development and help shape a culture that values growth and feedbackTake ownership of T&C reporting, analytics and budget trackingManage end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing team:
