SAPA is dedicated to serving all Sudanese physicians in the United States of America.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer located in Khartoum. The M&E Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing M&E frameworks, conducting data collection and analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with project teams, providing technical assistance, and supporting organization-wide M&E initiatives.QualificationsExperience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and strategiesStrong data collection and analysis skillsProficient in preparing and presenting reportsAbility to ensure accuracy and consistency of dataExcellent communication and coordination skillsProficient in using M&E software and toolsKnowledge of the healthcare sector and humanitarian programs is a plusBachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantageFluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
