Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Juba for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. The role involves developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, collecting and analyzing data to track program performance, and producing accurate reports that show measurable impact. The officer will also ensure data is effectively managed, support informed decision-making processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of programs. Qualifications Proficiency in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and experience implementing M&E frameworks in development programsStrong skills in System Monitoring and Data Management, including database tools and processesExcellent Report Writing and Analytical Skills to interpret and present data clearly and effectivelyAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic teamFamiliarity with development sectors such as GBV, food security, WASH, or healthcare is advantageousA degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field is preferredFluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
