They are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Product to lead and optimize the product function during a critical phase of strategic review and roadmap execution. They will play a key role in reshaping the product organization and driving forward a future-focused product and technology strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and restructure the current product teams to improve efficiency, accountability, and delivery.
Provide coaching and leadership to product managers and cross-functional teams. Partner with company leadership and the PE firm to evaluate the current product portfolio. Identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for consolidation, enhancement, or innovation. Develop and begin executing a comprehensive product and technology roadmap aligned with business goals. Ensure cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing. Act as the main product interface for internal leadership and PE investors. RequirementsProven experience in Head of Product or VP Product roles. Experience in the SaaS industry. Strong track record of product team optimization and strategic roadmap development.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP technologies and their application within product ecosystems. Strong Technical understanding across multiple technologies. Fluent English, German a plus.
