JOB TITLE Wholesale Assistant ManagerREPORTING TO Senior Wholesale ManagerMAIN PURPOSETo support the Montblanc wholesale channel in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This role involves coordinating with Duty Free partners and travel retail boutiques, requiring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility 1 : Order Management and Data AnalysisExecute the creation of precise sales orders and delivery notes, ensuring efficient processing.Oversee sell-in processes within designated Duty Free partners' ERP systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.Uphold data integrity across SAP, Booster, and other relevant internal and external platforms.Facilitate comprehensive order management, encompassing both novelty and core product orders, to guarantee optimal stock availability.Compile and synthesize monthly sales data to produce insightful reports, including sell-in/out performance, inventory levels, and BTQ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Generate recurring sales reports (weekly, monthly, annually) segmented by BTQ, product category, customer nationality, and channel (online/offline) to inform strategic decision-making.Key Responsibility 2 : Boutique Operations and Sales SupportAssist in achieving sales targets and implementing sales team action plans.Assist with merchandise planning, purchasing, distribution, and product lifecycle management.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide data for performance analysis.Serve as a key point of contact for boutiques, addressing and resolving a wide range of inquiries and administrative matters. Provide seamless operational support in collaboration with Duty Free partners and agents.Coordinate the distribution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials (POSM/PLV) to boutiques, enhancing sell-out initiatives and the overall customer experience & retail excellence.Key Responsibility 3 : Corporate Gift sales Identify and cultivate direct and indirect corporate gifting opportunities by strategically engaging with diverse industries, with the objective of expanding the corporate sales portfolio.Drive the achievement of corporate sales objectives through proactive management of existing and prospective client relationships, activating these connections to foster sustainable sales growthQualificationsBachelor's degree required.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, with a focus on Travel retail, wholesale, and/or channel sales preferred.Experience working with premium brands (fashion accessories, watches & jewelry, or FMCG preferred).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with SAP and DF ERP systems is a plus.
