Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support our acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, and market research. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building and maintaining financial models for property acquisitions and development projectsConduct market research and analyze industry trends, rental comps, and demographic dataPrepare investment memos, dashboards, and internal reports for stakeholdersSupport due diligence processes, including review of financial statements and property performance metricsMonitor asset performance and contribute to monthly and quarterly reportingHelp track and forecast cash flow, IRR, and ROI for real estate assetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisitions, accounting, and operationsQualifications:
