What You'll Do At GreyYou will work to ensure a safe and quality project in order to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as an assistant superintendent:

Initiate and submit monthly pay applications to ensure positive cash flow on projectsSchedule and organize project meetings to facilitate communication with owners, designers, and contractorsEnter and organize project documents in project management and accounting software (Procore)Communicate project updates and important information to project stakeholdersAnticipate the needs of Grey Interiors/Monteith Construction project team to generate positive relationships and ensure on-time deliveryManage relationships to ensure positive project experienceParticipate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiativesExperience You Should HaveStrong communication skillsHighly organized to maximize productivityOwnership and drive, someone who gets it done without needing much oversightHumility and a willingness to learnEager to work well in team environmentsRequired To Thrill At GreyNo Brilliant Jerks– At Grey, we want collaborators and teammates.
