The role will be specifically dedicated to clients in the CH/AT/DE area, and key responsibilities will include:Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team in daily operations, including scheduling sales appointments and handling back-office tasks.Manage client communication with professionalism and courtesy — in person, over the phone, and via email.Ensure the organization, upkeep, and presentation of the showroom, always maintaining the brand’s image and attention to detail.Work confidently with Microsoft Excel to manage reports, sales analyses, and data tracking.Support the team in using and updating CRM systems and sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of client information.RequirementsThe ideal candidate has the following characteristics:Previous experience of at least 2 years in Sales Support or Showroom Assistance roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.Fluent English and in German (CH/AT/DE), both spoken and written.Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.A genuine passion for fashion.Collaborative mindset and a client-oriented attitude.Further InformationPlace of work: Moon Boot Milan (MI)This is a fixed-term position linked to Moon Boot’s Sales Campaigns, running from December 15 to 19 2025, and from January 12 to February 20 2026.
