We're looking for an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer to join our high-performing team. Our commercial and corporate work covers a broad range of legal matters including structuring, transactions, capital raising, commercial contracts, procurement and commercial disputes. What you'll be doing:

Working with some of New Zealand's leading business, not-for-profits and family officesBuilding trusted relationships with our clients and looking for opportunities to provide additional value to themGuiding and mentoring junior members of the teamAbout you: 3-5 years PQE, with relevant commercial and corporate experienceYou'll be hungry to learn and grow your skill setYou'll be able to keep strict confidentiality, given the nature of the work we doWhat we offer:
