ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a creative, proactive, and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to support campaigns, create marketing content, and help us stand out in the competitive exhibitions and events industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platformsCoordinate day-to-day marketing activities, including social media scheduling, website updates, and email marketingSupport the creation of sales and event collateral, proposals, signage, and branded materialsHelp plan and execute marketing initiatives for exhibitions and activations, including stand setups and promotional materialsWork with external suppliers, designers, and printers to deliver high-quality marketing assetsSupport the Marketing Manager with reporting, content planning, and lead generation campaignsHelp maintain brand consistency across all touchpointsABOUT YOUYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Energetic, detail-oriented, and love ticking off your to-do listConfident working with both creative and technical tasksA strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally with different teamsPassionate about marketing, branding, and content creationExcited by the events and exhibitions industry, with a flexible, can-do attitudeWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (internships or freelance work also considered)A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldFamiliarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and CMS tools (e. g.
