Support the Chief Marketing Officer with daily tasks, communications, and cross-functional marketing projectsAccompany the CMO to external events, conferences, and meetings, representing the brand professionally and managing logisticsCreate, review, and handle high-quality communications, including emails, presentations, and reports in EnglishManage complex calendars, travel plans, and itineraries with adaptability and precisionEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all activities and documentationAct as a professional point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and high-profile stakeholdersOversee marketing project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure seamless executionQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferably 10-15 years of working experience as Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or equivalent, preferably from the airline or hospitality industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsImmediate available / one month notice preferred.
