A leading organization in Ireland is seeking a Product Manager for an 18-month contract. The role will support the transformation of the company’s retail media proposition, involving platform selection, rollout, and data integration. Location: Cork Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, scope, and strategy for the retail media transformationEvaluate and select retail media platforms aligned with business needsTranslate business requirements into epics, user stories, and product specsManage product backlog, prioritise features, and oversee agile deliveryCollaborate with internal teams (data, IT, marketing) and external vendorsSupport user acceptance testing and track product KPIsEnsure proper configuration and rollout across divisionsLiaise with stakeholders including data protection, eCommerce, and screen partnersSkills & ExperienceStrong understanding of retail media, martech, or digital marketing ecosystemsProven experience delivering enterprise platforms with complex data integrationBackground in agile product management and cross-functional collaborationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in retail or FMCG is a plusFamiliarity with advertising platforms, CDPs, and campaign tools is desirableKnowledge of data privacy regulations is an advantage
