We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in the non profit sector for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Executive Team. This role is based in West Dublin. This is a perfect position for an experienced Executive Assistant who cares about making a difference in their community.
Confidentiality and discretion skills are both critical to the success of this role as you will be handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrityAlong with supporting the executive team you will assist in the smooth running of the officeWhat are the key responsibilities?Calendar and diary management for the CEO, coordinating meetings and ensuring full preparation in advanceHandling incoming communications on behalf of the CEO and flagging time sensitive issues as requiredPlanning and scheduling meetings for the Senior leadership team and the boardPreparing meeting packs and following up on action points afterwardsAttending meetings and taking minutes as neededCoordinating internal and external eventsPreparing high quality presentations on behalf of the CEOTaking part in special projects acting as a key liaison between CEO and Board of TrusteesSupporting the Fundraising manager in organising key fundraising eventsOverseeing the day to day management of the office administration teamActing as the liaison with the building landlord to prepare for events such as alarm and fire drill testsOrdering office supplies as requiredWhat is required?Holds a relevant professional qualificationMinimum of 3 years experience as a Personal or Executive assistantComfortable working a hybrid modelFull working authorisation in Ireland - unfortunately we are unable to provide sponsorshipHighly proficient in Microsoft Office packageExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAbility to successfully collaborate with colleagues across functionsIf you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, then don't hesitate to apply with your CV today!
