This role offers the chance to influence procurement strategy on a global scale, working across regions and business units. Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic sourcing and supplier management for a major global category with up to 300M spend.
Align global procurement strategies with regional needs and business objectivesDrive performance on key metrics such as cost optimisation, supplier rationalisation, compliance, and working capitalManage supplier relationships and contracts with a focus on performance, risk, and data securityGuide and mentor regional category teams, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvementFoster adoption of internal tools and preferred suppliers through stakeholder engagementIdeal Candidate Profile10+ years' experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management, ideally with a global or regional remitDemonstrated expertise in managing indirect procurement categories such as travel within a complex international businessStrong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across multiple functions and geographiesProven track record of driving cost savings, compliance, and process improvementsExcellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative leadership styleProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics toolsA relevant Master’s degree (e.
