Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client hiring a professional Office Administrator to support the daily operations of its Singapore office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a professional front-of-house experienceCoordinate meeting room bookings, office upkeep, and facilities-related mattersManage office and pantry supplies, including inventory control and vendor liaisonHandle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier servicesArrange domestic and international travel bookings for employees and guestsSupport onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and access provisioningAssist with coordination of office events, team meals, and ad hoc internal activitiesProvide administrative support for general office operations and project-based tasksRequirements:
