Hybrid workingSalary - £50K per annumDuration - 6 monthsKey Responsibilities Include: • Management of complex calendars and prioritisation of activities; proactivelyidentifying and resolving scheduling conflicts• Manage domestic & international travel itineraries and expenses• Manage incoming & outgoing mail & documents• Managing large event logistics, catering, accommodations, and materials (e. g. ,off-sites, All Meeting, events, etc. )• Planning space for the team and facilitating office moves• Improving morale, helping recognize outstanding efforts, having fun at work, andencouraging others to do the same• Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables,and following up on outstanding items• Driving team activities (e. g.
, staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, AllMeetings, and team-building events)• Create strong partnerships with business partners• Anticipate challenges and plan ahead accordingly to develop long term schedulesand identify priorities and due dates for the teamsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Positive attitude• Detailed planning, time management, and organisational skills• Ability to work cross- functionally, and manage multiple inputs from differentteams into a single deliverable• Always seek areas for improvement while driving implementation of solutionswithin the department
