Your role: As part of its ongoing development, the Luxembourg office is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join one of its teams.
Depending on your area of expertise, M&A, Investment Funds, Banking & Finance, or Intellectual Property, you will advise an international and local client base. You will work closely with experienced partners and cross-border teams on a wide range of mandates, including transactional, advisory, and regulatory matters. Key responsibilities: Advising international clients on corporate transactions, investment structures, or financing operationsDrafting and negotiating a variety of legal documentsSupporting litigation and pre-litigation matters as neededCollaborating with lawyers across multiple offices and jurisdictionsYour profile : Qualified European lawyer with at least 2 years of experienceExposure to several areas of business law (e. g.
