DescriptionThe successful candidate will report to Head of China Institutional Sales MSIM and Head of APAC Global Liquidity Solutions Product Specialist to support the business development, provide analytical, product and sales operational support to facilitate the sales effort and response to client interactions. The individual will work closely with senior sales and client management to provide analytical, product and sales operational support to facilitate the sales effort and response to client interactions. The individual should ideally have proven experience in Asset Management, Banking and/or Sales/ Distribution experience.

Primary ResponsibilitiesKey Areas Of Responsibility Include And Not Limited ToAssist with managing the client relationship management databaseAssist with the account opening process for new investorsMonitor client flows in/out of our fundsWork on qualitative materials and data analytics for request for proposals (RFP) and due diligence questionnairesPrepare customised material for client presentationsRespond to ad hoc requests from clientsAct as the main point of contact with internal Compliance teams and Legal teamsPrepare pipeline and sales activity reporting Provide accurate, responsive translation to internal stakeholders, including enquiries and documentations Qualifications 3+ years of relevant e xperience of Investment Management business with proficient product knowledge preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively project manage his/her assignments meeting all deadlinesHighly detail-oriented, self-starter and team player, with the ability to maintain accuracy and effectiveness while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and analytical skill and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team player with a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement Must be fluent in English and Mandarin with written (simplified and traditional) Chinese, proficient in Cantonese also preferred What You Can Expect From Morgan StanleyWe are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
